The LDS MTC Expansion is located on the sprawling Manila MTC compound at Temple Drive, Green Meadows, Quezon City. With a total of 2,246 sqm. GFA, the expansion project is composed of the Training Building (14 Classrooms), the Residence Building (34 bedrooms) and the Activity Center. This complex serves as the training center with multiple classrooms and housing facilities for youth volunteers worldwide. Complete with first class amenities, fully air-conditioning systems, double glaze window treatment, and high acoustic treatment – the center is a heaven in itself. The Activity Center used to serve as a basketball court is successfully converted into a congregation area by introducing aluminum ceiling baffles, wall acoustic treatment, mood lighting and sensory devices.
